Own a go to market build. Not one slice of it.

RevenueShoot hires in short paid projects. You get a goal, a budget for mistakes, and people who will tell you the truth about your work. What you walk away with is proof, not a line on a CV.

Open now

One role is open.

Read the brief in full before you apply. It is specific on purpose, so you can tell early whether you want it.

What these projects have in common

  • A written scope and performance targets agreed in week one, so there is no argument in month three.
  • Real budget and real tools. You are not asked to do outbound from a personal Gmail account.
  • Weekly numbers you can see, and a review that is about the work rather than about you.
  • A certificate, a written LinkedIn recommendation, and results you can quote in every interview afterwards.

How hiring works here

Three steps, about a week.

01

You apply through the form

A few fields, a link to your CV, something you have written, and one short answer. No cover letter and no login to a recruitment portal.

02

One 20 minute call

Mostly about how you think. You will get asked how you would approach the problem in the brief, and you are allowed to say you do not know yet.

03

A decision, either way

You hear back whether it is yes or no. If it is no, you get the reason in a line or two, because a silent rejection teaches you nothing.

Fit

Worth reading the second list first.

This suits you if

  • You would rather own a whole function badly at first than one task perfectly forever.
  • You write clearly, and you are willing to be edited.
  • You are comfortable being measured in public every week.
  • You want to be able to point at something in six months and say you built it.

This does not suit you if

  • You want a training program with a curriculum and a mentor on call.
  • You want a fixed scope that does not change once it is agreed.
  • You want a manager who plans your day for you.
  • You are looking for a title now and the work later.

Before you apply

The questions people ask.

Are these jobs or projects?

Paid projects with a fixed length, usually 90 days, a written scope and performance targets agreed in week one. Some turn into something longer. None of them assume it.

Do I need sales experience?

For the current roles, no. Clear writing, clear speech and the willingness to be measured matter more than a CV with the right job titles on it.

Is the work remote?

Yes, from anywhere in India, with some travel for events where the role involves them. Work is judged on output, not hours logged.

What does the hiring process look like?

An application form, then one 20 minute call, then a decision. No assignments you do not get paid for and no five round panel.

Nothing open fits me. Should I still write?

Yes, if you can point at something you built or wrote. Email yash@revenueshoot.com and it gets read when the next project opens.

One role open. Read it properly.

The brief tells you what you would own, what you would be paid, and what you would walk away with.
