I have been the person a founder hands sales to. At Fleetx the founders went from closing every deal to under 1% of them. RevenueShoot does that for B2B founders now.

Questions founders ask
Straight answers.
With the source behind each number.
When should I stop being the only one who sells?
When you have closed enough deals to see a pattern: who buys, why, and what a real deal looks like. SaaStr founder Jason Lemkin puts the first head of sales hire at around $2M ARR (SaaStr). Hand over before the pattern is clear and the new hire is running an experiment on your budget. In data from 100+ early-stage B2B SaaS founders, 68% did not get this handover right first time (RVNU).
How long before a new salesperson brings in business?
For sales development reps, the average ramp is three months, according to The Bridge Group's 2025 study of 351 B2B companies (The Bridge Group). People who close deals usually take longer. A written sales process and a ramp plan ready before day one shorten it.
Should I hire an agency or build my own sales team?
An agency is right when you need meetings next month and have nobody to own sales yet. A build is right when you want the team, the process and the tools to stay in your company. Many companies use both for a while. See the comparison.
Are the sales tools we pay for worth it?
Often not fully. Gartner found that 49% of sellers feel overwhelmed by the technology their job needs, and those sellers are 43% less likely to hit quota (Gartner). A simple test: work out what each tool costs you per meeting or per deal. If you cannot, that tool is the first to question.
What does a fractional head of sales do?
Builds and runs the sales function inside your company part time: hiring, process, CRM and the weekly review, until a permanent leader or your own team takes over. An agency runs outreach for you; a fractional leader builds the team that does it.
Which markets do you cover?
India, the United States, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and ANZ. Those are the markets I have sold into and built teams for.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the team and the market, so it is quoted on the first call, in writing. The check-up is free.
