Careers / Legal GTM Associate
90 day project . now hiring
Run the whole go to market. Not one slice of it.
A startup legal practice has the work and none of the demand. You build the engine that brings it in. Six channels, four lanes, one operator, ninety days.
The job in one line
Win paying clients for a startup legal practice in ninety days.
Not awareness. Not impressions. Signed clients, and a pipeline that keeps running after you hand it over.
Zero demand spend
Real work, real credibility, no marketing. Founders find a lawyer through an investor recommendation. Nobody is competing for that moment.
2,600 core accounts
Over 10,000 companies across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Jaipur and Indore. Around 2,600 in the 11 to 50 band we treat as core.
You own the build
Strategy is shared with the founding team. Execution is entirely yours. The practice closes. You create the conversations.
Six channels, all yours
Nobody is good at all six on day one.
You will be competent at all six by day ninety.
Webinars
Three over ninety days. Pick the topic, line up the speaker, fill the room, run it, work the follow up.
Blogs and SEO
Writing founders actually search for. Term sheet clauses, ESOP basics, DPDP readiness, founder agreements.
Outbound
LinkedIn, email and phone. Build the list, write the sequences, make the calls.
Social
LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Meta. Posting and engaging, not broadcasting.
Website
Landing pages per campaign, lead capture, content kept current.
Copy
Every word of the above. Emails, posts, invites, pages, one pagers.
Where the clients come from
Four lanes, not ten thousand cold calls.
We go where founders already are and borrow the trust that is already there.
Venture capital
A fund that trusts the practice refers every portfolio company that needs counsel. You map the active early stage funds and build those relationships.
Third party partners
Company secretaries, CA firms, compliance platforms and accelerators sit next to the same buyer at the same moment. Two partner programs are already open to us.
Communities
NASSCOM, IAMAI, DSCI, Startup Policy Forum, All India Gaming Federation, Drone Federation of India, the Good Food Institute. You get us into their rooms and newsletters.
Events
Founder and CXO gatherings. The ask at an event is never a calendar slot. It is a card and a reason to talk again.
What you earn
Rs 70,000 fixed, Rs 30,000 on performance.
Performance targets are set with you in week one and written down, so there is no argument in month three. Qualified meetings delivered, webinar pipeline, clients signed.
What you walk away with
Proof, not a line on a CV.
A certificate and a recommendation
A RevenueShoot certificate of completion, plus a written LinkedIn recommendation from the founding team covering what you actually built.
Six skills that pay
List building and account scoring, outbound that gets replies, discovery calls, filling a webinar, partner development, reading your own funnel.
Numbers you can quote
Three webinars with your name on them, published writing, live campaigns, and results you can take into every interview you ever sit in.
Who we are looking for
We hire on what you can do.
Not where you studied or who you know. If you meet most of this and not all of it, apply anyway.
What matters
- Clear, confident communication. You will be on a call with a founder in week two.
- Writing you are not embarrassed by. Plain, specific, no filler.
- Interest in where startups and law meet. A law background helps and is not required.
- An active LinkedIn presence, or the appetite to build one. We will help.
- Comfort being measured. The numbers are visible every week.
This is not for you if
- You want a training program with a curriculum.
- You want a fixed scope that never moves.
- You want a manager who plans your day.
- You would rather not know your own numbers.
You get a goal, a budget for mistakes, and people who will tell you the truth about your work.
How to apply
Four things. No cover letter.
The form takes about five minutes. The last question is the one that decides most applications, so give it a proper go.
Your CV
A link to it. Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion or a public PDF, as long as it opens without a permission request.
Your LinkedIn profile
If you have one. Not having one is not a disqualifier.
Something you have written
A post, an essay, a newsletter. One piece is enough.
Under 200 words on this
A founder raising a seed round already has a lawyer their investor recommended. Why would they talk to us instead?
