Services
Four steps from founder-led to team-led.
Start with a free check-up and go only as far as you need. Every step ends with something your team owns.
Which one sounds like you?
Sales check-up
Ten questions about how you sell today. Your score and three biggest gaps on screen, then a written read of your sales in three working days.
- Score out of 100
- Your three biggest gaps
- Written read, yours to keep
The number you see: your score, and where it is lowest.
Take the check-upSales diagnostic
Talks with you and your team, a look at your pipeline, CRM and tools, and a written plan that says what to fix first and what to leave alone.
- Founder and team interviews
- Pipeline and CRM review
- Sales tool review
- Written fix plan
The number you see: five baseline numbers, recorded before any work starts.
Founder-to-team build
Your way of selling written down, a pipeline that runs without you, and the first salespeople hired and ramped. Then the whole thing is handed to your team.
- Extract: how you sell, on paper
- Engine: outreach, CRM, weekly review
- Team: hire, ramp, coach
The number you see: deals closed without you, and the deal count where the build pays for itself.
How the build worksKeep it running
Until you hire a permanent head of sales: the weekly review, coaching for your reps, help with hiring, and a clean hand-off when your leader starts.
- Weekly pipeline review
- Rep coaching
- Hiring help
- Hand-off to your head of sales
The number you see: the same five numbers every month, against your baseline.
Start here if tools are the worry
Sales stack audit: which tools pay for themselves?
Sellers who feel overwhelmed by their sales tech are 43% less likely to hit quota (Gartner). Most tools are bought without a before number, so nobody can say what they return.
- List every tool, its cost and who logs in.
- Match each tool to one number: meetings, pipeline, deals or hours saved.
- Price it: cost per meeting, per deal or per hour saved.
- Decide: keep, fix, merge or cut.
- Set the rule for new tools: record a before number, change one thing at a time.

Where do I start?
With the free check-up. Ten questions, your score and three biggest gaps on screen, and a written read of your sales in three working days. If the gaps are clear, the next step is the diagnostic. Take the check-up.
What is the difference between the check-up and the diagnostic?
The check-up works from your answers to ten questions. The diagnostic works from your real data: talks with you and your team, your pipeline, your CRM and your tools. It ends with a written plan and five baseline numbers that everything after is measured against.
What do I have at the end of a build?
A written sales process, a pipeline and weekly review that run without you, a CRM your team uses, salespeople hired and ramped, and a written handover. All of it in your company's name.
How long does a build take?
It depends on what already exists. The diagnostic gives you a dated plan before you commit, so you know the timeline before you pay for the build.
Do you guarantee meetings or revenue?
No. What you get is the setup, the process and the coaching, plus the same five numbers every month against your baseline, so progress is never a matter of opinion.
Will you run outreach for us, or build our team?
Both, in that order. The engine runs outreach while your salespeople are hired and ramped, then they take it over. If you only want outreach run for you, an agency may suit you better. See agency vs build.
Can you work with the CRM and tools we already have?
Yes. HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and Leadsquared most often. The stack audit tells you which tools to keep before anything new is bought.
Which markets do you cover?
India, the United States, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and ANZ. Those are the markets I have sold into and built teams for.
How much does it cost?
A fixed price per step, quoted on the first call and in writing. It depends on your team size and markets. The check-up is free.
